WOW!! This serene, secluded and intimate beach honeymoon session at Newport State Park in Door County, Wisconsin was amazing! Malea and Drew have such a beautiful and deeply rooted love for one another. These honeymoon photos are exactly what they needed to celebrate. Sweet and Serene honeymoon photos at Newport state park
Malea and Drew were the sweetest, most down-to-earth couple that had all the heart eyes for each other. We were lucky enough to be able to film their wedding day! Shortly after, we were looking for a sweet couple to do a fun and intimate photo session in Wisconsin and these two jumped at the opportunity! They were wanting to celebrate their honeymoon so, it worked out perfectly! And, we were even able to take a gorgeous video of them during their session, too!
The beach at Newport State Park was serene and secluded - the waves were lapping against the shoreline and made the perfect backdrop noise. They were a little bit out of their comfort zone with getting in the water and being super intimate, but they still went all in! And, they were excited to give it a go! To top off a beautiful day with them, the sunset showed up for us! The sunset was AMAZING with all the pinks, purples, and blues. Their entire session was breathtaking and we had so much fun capturing their sweet love.
One of our favorite parts was when they got in the water and we told them to just love on each other in ways they felt most comfortable and relaxed with. It was SO fun having them be silly splashing each other. We couldn’t get enough of it! Honestly, if we had it our way, we would love it if all of our couples ran into the water and had fun together!! It creates the next level of magic and intimacy and we are here for all of those intimate moments! If we could do this day at Newport State Park all over again with these two, we would.
