We believe romance and genuine moments are better than the ordinary and predictable. We are here to plan and celebrate with YOU, and take the most ballin’ photos you’ve ever seen.
We love a good road trip and the excitement it brings into the journey to the final destination. We also equally love spending our days cuddled up on the couch enjoying each others company and it’s a fine line trying to manage these two conflicting desires.
There is so much beauty in simplicity and spending time with one another over arbitrary items and trying to climb up the corporate ladder. We spent two years living out of a truck camper and it really helps you realize what is really a “necessity” in life.
We’ve embraced the slowness of life and do everything we can to accept the moments in front of us with open arms. Add in taking photographs to preserve said moments and you’ve got a beautiful recipe for a collection of memories to visit down the road.
So why work with us?
We understand that it’s crucial to find someone who shares your values. For us, it’s not just about the little details; it’s about capturing the meaningful moments you’ll cherish most.
We focus on genuine emotions and interactions, not just posed shots. We want to hear your vision—whether you’re planning a cozy elopement or a lively celebration with all your loved ones. We’re excited to document your unique love story and help you remember the laughter, tears, and joy of your special day.
In the end, it’s all about creating unforgettable memories with the people who matter most, and we believe that we can play a key role in preserving those moments for years to come.
Our Love story
The sweet details of
Fast forward to 2018, we chose to have our own adventurous destination wedding in The Grand Teton National Park with our closest family and friends. It was the best 4 days of our lives and unfortunately, we didn’t have our wedding filmed and are not huge fans of the photos. Since then, we have vowed to ourselves to give couples what we don’t have: a way to bring back all the joy of the wedding day through photographs and a wedding film.
We never want a couple to feel like they aren’t absolutely obsessed with the final products and we work so dang hard to give what we couldn’t have ourselves.
Our story began in 2016. Shiloh was working for a media production company filming and editing dance recitals, corporate gigs, and her personal favorite: weddings!
We met when Shiloh’s roommate Janelle saw Chuck at the gym (they were shamelessly looking for young adults to be friends with who were also just out of college and Chuck looked like a good candidate) and invited him to a Bible Study they hosted in their home. Chuck chose to come and that’s when all the fun began.
Soon after, Chuck started joining Shiloh on the wedding videography jobs she had as a way to hang out with her.
After a couple months of being friends and getting to know one another, we bonded over a love for college basketball and bbq chicken sandwiches. Chuck started taking note of when Shiloh would go to the gym and would make sure he was there too. After a few failed attempts of asking Shiloh to go out on a date (third times the charm they say) she finally caved!
We adopted a doggie in June 2022. Her name is Hoka and she is the BEST. More often than not, she is with us traveling, so if you book us as your wedding or as your elopement photographer and videographer, you’ll get to meet this precious little angel.

More about
My background is in photo-journalism. My goal on the wedding day is to be like a fly on the wall, not interrupting the moments that happen, all the while getting them on video. I worked at a handful of newspapers and could quite literally get fired if I stepped in to pose a moment which is why I’m so passionate about making sure your wedding or elopement unfolds naturally. On a typical Saturday I’m on my couch watching Michigan football (go BLUE!), checking out a new brewery, or finding a new spot to eat for Shiloh and I.

More about
I have a serious love for people, laugher and big, big smiles. I’ve been told I have a way of making people feel comfortable, welcomed, and they become instant friends, and that is no different when I’m holding a camera in my hand.
My mom gifted me her point and shoot cameras as a teenager and my love for photography expanded when I did Semester at Sea in college and then proceeded to backpack Europe for 5 weeks post graduation. There is so much beauty to be seen and I have the world’s worst memory (just ask chuck haha), so I am so incredibly thankful that a camera can stop time for a brief moment and take me back into that memory.
A few of our favorite things
Jesus // breweries // sitting by the campfire // camping with Hoka // traveling new places // in-and-out // drive-in movies // road trips // Sequence // Seinfeld
Meet Hoka
She loves long hikes in the woods, cuddles in the morning and will do any trick in the book for a lick of peanut butter.
10/10 she will always pick Shiloh over Chuck.
The only two times we have seen her tired is when we summited Mt. Qunadary and attempted (and failed) to summit Pikes Peak two weeks after arriving to Colorado Springs.
She has completed the Catalina Isalnd thru hike, off the coast of LA and after we finished hiking 16 miles one day, not two hours later was she barking at us like she wanted to go for another walk.
One of her favorite things to do is go for a car ride. When we adopted her back in 2022, we lived out of a truck camper so she got used to long car rides really quick. She doesn’t love traveling through mountain passes and will insist on sitting in the lap of whoever is in the passenger seat.
