Nikki and Anthony’s wedding photoshoot in Phoenix was a bohemian DREAM! From the golden, colorful vistas of sand and cacti to the stunning pictures we captured, the desert was the perfect backdrop for their wedding portraits. The Saguaro Cacti added such a fun touch to their wedding photos and made them so unique. With Phoenix being one of the most picturesque deserts on Earth, we were thrilled to be able to capture this stunning moment for Nikki and Anthony! Chuck and I met Nikki a couple years ago back home in Minnesota. We needed a couch and she was selling hers because she was making the move down to Phoenix, AZ soon after. I remember telling Chuck after we picked up the couch, "gosh I wish she wasn't moving away, I think we could be good friends!"
We ended up following each other on instagram and had kept in touch over the years. Fast forward to this past February and we decided to head south for the winter and escape the Minnesota winter cold. I reached out to Nikki and asked if her and her new husband would be willing to put on their wedding attire and take a few pretty pictures in the AZ desert.
We met up at sunrise for some portraits of the two of them and the light that cascaded over the desert landscape was stunning. They were so snuggly with each other and had all the heart eyes for each other
