One of our favorite parts about this Warehouse District engagement session in Minneapolis was how fun Katie and Matt were!! They wanted their engagement session true to them and their love and that’s exactly what we did. Basketball is a huge part of their relationship so intertwined this into their day with us. They wanted to have a fun urban basketball setting along with a more classy industrial setting in the Warehouse District! It was a BLAST! We love it when our couples go all in on staying true to who they are and incorporating meaningful activities that speak to them. Katie & Matt’s Love Story That Led To This Engagement Session At Warehouse District In Minneapolis!

"Matt and I are huge sports fans that met in college at the University of Wisconsin. We met working together in the Rec Sports (intramural, sport club) department which is also where we met many of our good college friends. We have season tickets to Badger football games and love Badger basketball as well. Matt is from Green Bay and is a diehard Packer fan while I am from MN and a committed Vikings fan. We also like Twins and Brewer baseball and Matt has been following the Milwaukee Bucks during their success. I coach 9th grade girls basketball and Matt refs high school varsity basketball. Most of our friendships revolve around watching or playing sports (basketball, softball, kickball, golf, etc.). Our families are located all over the midwest - Matt's in northern Wisconsin. My dad's side is from Indiana and my mom's from Michigan, so most people will be traveling for the wedding. If we're not playing or watching sports with friends, we're probably traveling to one of these other states to spend time with family." - Katie
